From Mozart to Curly Disco!

Well October has actually been a rather busy and exciting one! October 1st saw the release of my brand new electronic dance album 'Curly Disco' which I am so thrilled about. It's been about two years of work off and on in my free time whilst touring the world performing with The Atlantic Ballet Theatre of Canada. I especially love the randomness of the album cover , beautifully constructed by the uber talented Yee-hang Yam, our wonderful stage and production manager (and all round genius)

The feedback has been great! People seem to really like it.

Next up just four days later was the opening night of Amadeus , my first lead role in a ballet

It was such an honor to even have this opportunity and it was a huge challenge, least of all for my stamina. I dance an exceedingly huge amount which is always a joy. What was also good, was the depth of character I could bring to this story. When thinking of Amadeus , we don't always think of the pain and turmoil his life was, and the very sad way it all ended. I'm also super excited to in a few months be taking this performance down to New York. Those will be some tough cookies to impress, but I'm certainly looking forward to the challenge!

Keep up to date with my musings!
